At Xeptional Crystals, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. We take great care in selecting, photographing, describing, and securely packaging our natural mineral specimens.

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of placing an order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Returned specimens must be in their original condition, securely packaged, and accompanied by all original components.

Returns must be authorized before shipment.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are generally the buyer's responsibility, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or significantly differs from its description, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement where applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect specimen, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the specimen and packaging to help assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

5. Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within the legally prescribed timeframe.

6. International Returns & Customs

All orders are shipped from Morocco.

International returns may require customs documentation, export or import authorization, and additional clearance procedures.

Please contact us before returning an international shipment so that we can provide the necessary return instructions.

Do not send a return without prior authorization, as customs complications may prevent successful delivery.

7. Natural Mineral Characteristics

Natural mineral specimens may contain geological imperfections, irregular formations, inclusions, and other naturally occurring characteristics.

These features are part of their natural formation and do not automatically constitute damage or defects.

We strive to photograph and describe each specimen accurately.
