Order Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Each mineral specimen is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Morocco, primarily using DHL Express and other available international shipping services.

Estimated transit time: 3–21 business days, depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs procedures.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, holidays, or carrier delays.

Packaging & Protection

Mineral specimens can be delicate, particularly those with fragile crystal formations.

We use protective packaging materials and appropriate cushioning to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
